When the end user experience begins to suffer, users unforgiving complain of slowness. However many times the call does not come in until hours after the fact. Administrators have no metrical data to validate or dismiss the complaint, or any idea where to start the troubleshooting process. Administrators must be able to measure and report on response times from the end user's perspective.

How long does it usually take for an end user to start a Terminal Server session? Measure and graph where user latency occurs; is the client or the server attributing to the longer connect time? With this data it is now possible to draw accurate conclusions to unacceptable end user response times.
